Waterpark

I bought us season passes to NRH20 this year because we don't have a public pool nearby and I wanted to be able to take Kade swimming somewhere close during the week. The first day we went it was just Kade and I and he went crazy!!! He loved it and was running around everywhere as fast as he could! I told our good friends Allie and Emerson how much fun it was so they got a season pass too. We went back with them the next day and then a few days later with Bryan. I am sure we will be there A LOT this summer! I only have a few pictures from my phone and a few that I stole from Allie. I want to get some of Kade playing, but I haven't been brave enough to bring my big camera with me yet!

When I was looking back at my old pictures on my phone I saw this. It is our Christmas card that we sent out in 2009, I saved it to my phone and it was my background on my phone until probably Christmas 2010, it made me smile just by looking at it. I really don't think I will ever have a card that I love as much as this one. Kade was only 3.5 months old, but already hamming it up! And yes, I do realize that it is June and I am posting my Christmas card from a year and a half ago. Just saw it on my phone today and didn't want to forget about it!!

Back in February, Bryan left my purse in a shopping cart at Target and it was stolen along with my new iphone. I had only had it about 4 months. So I went and dug out my old one to reactivate it. Just yesterday I decided to make sure to I had all my pictures on my phone backed up on the computer. This phone is so old and the pictures on it go back to way before Kade! It was fun to look through all of them, especially the ones after Kade was born. I can't believe how much he has changed in 21 months!! I decided I wanted to put some of my favorites on here to remember! Starting with Kade's first iphone picture and ending with one I took yesterday at the waterpark! Some are pretty blurry, but still so precious to me :)

Memorial Day weekend and a playdate!

We had a wonderfully busy memorial day weekend. Bryan was off for four days so we did some much needed work around the house. We cleaned out the guest room, picked out a color for the nursery, got most of the furniture in its place, had a garage sale and sold so many old baby things of Kade's that we no longer need. It was a great weekend and I felt like we got so much done! Monday, we went over to my parents for a cookout and swimming with the whole fam. We had a blast as usual!

The next two pictures were taken only to show both of us pregnant, we hope Ella and Addison appreciate the heck out of them when they are older because no pregnant woman wants a pictures of herself in a bathing suit. :)

Also, last week we had a swimming play date over at Emerson's house. It was fun, and kicked off a summer filled with play days at the pool!!
