Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was perfect. It was relaxing and very low key. We spent it with just the four of us at home and at the end of the day I sat down and remember thinking that it really couldn't have gone any better. I love my little family and I am so thankful they are mine!

We cooked a turkey the night before just for this guy! He loves him a turkey leg!

We woke up and watched the parade.

And we played some Go Fish. I took this picture to send to my mom, we thought asking for a blue tang was so funny for some reason!

I'm so thankful for my little people!!

Sis was happy to help in the kitchen!

The boys played the Wii pretty much the entire time I cooked. :)

Bryan peeled the potatos (and really dressed up for the occasion!)

Several hours and a few mimosas later, it was time to eat! This was my first time to cook thanksgiving dinner from start to finish by myself. Not going to lie, I was proud!

Carving up the prime rib. Delish!!

My grandmothers cornbread dressing recipe is definitely the best thing on the Thanksgiving menu. My first time to make it and I think my Mimi would be proud!

We said a prayer and it was time to eat!

Later that day, Kade voluntarily unloaded the dishwasher and then asked to vacuum. Who am I to say no?!

We ended the night with Bryan and Ella on the "school bus" singing the wheels on the bus.

It really was a fantastic day!
