January
This month was low key for us, which I loved! Kade got a fish (named Bryan) who sadly did not make it through 2012. Ella started sitting up on her own. And we put our Six Flags season passes to use for the first time!
February
We spent this month with playdates, parties, and lots of fun! Ella started rocking on all fours. And Kade became a "manly man" and gave me one of my all time favorite pictures :)
March
Kade and I did his rainy day pictures. Ella started CRAWLING! And we welcomed Spring and enjoyed the beautiful weather!
April
We had a blast celebrating Easter with several Egg hunts and lots of other festivities! The kids and I also visited the Dallas Zoo for the very first time!
May
A lot happened this month! Kade wrapped up his first year of Mother's Day out. We took Kade and Ella to their first Ranger's game. Kade potty trained himself. And we said goodbye to Daisy Ln and hello to a new house and 6 weeks of a total home renovation!
June
Honestly, this month seems like a big blur to me. We bought a new home, ripped it apart and painted, added new flooring, re did the bathrooms, etc. We learned that home renovations are a lot more stressful with two little ones in tow :) Kade also took swimming lessons for the first time!
July
This month was filled with some much need RELAXATION! We went on a cruise and spent a lot of time at the lake!
August
Always a big month for us! Bryan and I celebrated 5 years of marriage. Kade turned three and Ella turned one! Time is FLYING by!!
September
We welcomed Fall with open arms! Kade started preschool and also took a soccer class which he LOVED and still talks about. And Ella turned into a full fledged toddler!!
October
This is always my favorite month of the year. We celebrated Fall, Halloween, and all the upcoming holidays like crazy! We threw a big Halloween party, we carved pumpkins, we visited the pumpkin patch several times. It was perfect. Just perfect!
November
This month we took family photos. We visited the zoo again. And I hosted Thanksgiving at my house for the first time!
December
We had the perfect month to wrap up 2012. We celebrated Christmas like crazy, just like always. We created new traditions, spent a lot of time together, and welcomed a WHITE Christmas. What a way to end the year!
