School egg hunt

Last week Kade had his egg hunt up at school. Ella and I went up there to join him. It was a lot of fun! The bunny was there but neither K or E would go up to him!




















Do you see Ella over there? She has no clue that she isn't 3 or 4 like everyone else. She is always right in the middle of everything.

Sleeping beauty

Ella is the lightest sleeper on the planet. At night when we go check on her before bed, just opening her door causes her to stir and move around so we are quick in and quick out as to not wake her up completely. Because of that I have basically no sweet sleeping pictures of her like I do Kade. Tonight, I went to check on her and she didn't move. After a brief freak out to check and make sure she was breathing (do all moms check to make sure their kids are breathing at night? Or is it just me?) I grabbed my camera to snap a picture of our sleeping beauty.

And check out that bed head, that should be fun to brush out in the morning :)

Not a lot has really been happening around here but that does mean I haven't been taking of pics!




A lot of days when we load up for school, K asks me to take his picture :) you don't have to ask me twice!










Ella is going through a tough phase. There is a lot of whining. A LOT.




I think this was the day she cried all day. Not kidding, ALL day.




It was transportation week at Kade's school so we went up for a train ride!

One day during Transportation week, Kade's school had Tricycle Speedway. So cute!




We had someone cut down several trees in the backyard and these two were totally entertained!




This girl is a hoot! We were driving, a Taylor Swift song came on, she squealed as yelled "turn up!" No lie. I was dying laughing! She is a mess I tell ya, a MESS!

Spring Break part 2

The second half of spring break wasn't very exciting. Bryan was in DC, and the kiddos were sick. And I was exhausted :) once Bryan made it home ad everyone was healthy we spent the weekend with gorgeous weather and started our big project in the backyard!








They were sick, I was tired, we needed medicine. That sums up this photo!




I sent this picture to Bryan, it made him so sad! Bless her heart, she didn't feel good!
















We finished up the day with snow cones! Yum!

Spring break part 1

The first half of spring break Brandi , Braxton, and Briley came in town! We went to the zoo, aquarium, and spent time at home just letting the kids play! By the time everyone left, Kade and Ella were wiped! They played so hard and has SO much fun!
